Cross Train Array

I set out to the gym this morning (no, super early) for a cardio cross-training day. Alas, I was caught in a funk when I realized all of the cadrio equipment sucks is in need of repair at the YMCA. But what can I really say, it's the YMCA and it was one of four free workouts I get for signing up for their "Weight No More" contest. 

I walked for 10 minutes while I thought up a game plan. Then I headed over and did some quick abs and hip abduction thingys, then headed of to the stair stepper. I had 10 minutes on that until I was about to beat the bloody thing for beeping at me the whole time to get my heart rate. No wonder all the equipment is broken. Then I headed over to the elliptical where I promised myself I would 1) not break any equipment, 2)stop complaining, and 3) get 30 minutes in on the sucker.

Cross training done and done. Let's move on.
